Somewhere between the holiday hustle, the to-do lists, and the weight of the year, we forget:
We are allowed to slow down.
We are allowed to enjoy the quiet.

This workshop is an invitation to unwind before the Christmas whirlwind begins. A gentle, joyful space to breathe, move, and restore. Through asana, meditation, and pranayama, we’ll ease into stillness, letting the mind settle and the body soften. And because winter calls for warmth, we’ll share tea and Christmas cookies (yes, the famous German ones).

Give yourself this last moment of pause before the season starts. You deserve it :-)
Time to Give
At the heart of yoga is seva (selfless service), the practice of giving back. This winter, 100% of the surplus from our workshop will go directly to Citizen Gateway, a charity supporting refugees and asylum seekers in North London. Their work provides legal aid, housing support, and a lifeline to those who’ve lost so much, helping them rebuild safety and dignity in a new home.

Refugees face growing vulnerability as policies shift and borders tighten. Yoga teaches us that we are all connected. True peace begins when no one is left behind. By practising together this December, we not only restore our own energy but also extend compassion to those who need it most. Your presence at this workshop will nourish you and help create refuge for others.

Let’s come together, breathe, and give back. Because when one of us heals, we all do.

Founder of Youreka Yoga
I'm a passionate yoga teacher, certified breathing practitioner, and experienced executive coach who founded Youreka Yoga. With a deep-rooted commitment to helping others find inner peace and balance, I have dedicated my career to guiding individuals on their wellness journey. My expertise in yogic practises, breathwork, and coaching provides a holistic approach to stress management and personal growth.

Once an Operations Manager consumed by the demands of the fashion industry, I experienced firsthand the debilitating effects of chronic stress. It was through the practice of yogic practises that I discovered a path to healing and renewal. Inspired by my own journey, I am committed to sharing the life-changing benefits of these practices with others.
