I offer Hatha Yoga sessions, created for beginners and those who are looking for a slow and mindful class.

 

Hatha Yoga, rooted in the ancient wisdom of India, encompasses physical postures (Asanas), breath control (Pranayama), and meditation (Dhyana). These elements cultivate, balance, strength, and serenity, guiding you toward self-discovery and inner harmony.

In these calming sessions, I will guide people towards inner calm and balance through gentle stretches, mindful breathing, and peaceful meditation. I embrace the tradition of Hatha Yoga, by offering a safe space for beginners and those seeking a gentle path to living healthily.

 

I am a qualified Yoga Teacher, Breathing Practitioner and Executive Coach, empowering people to sleep better and live healthier lives.

FAQ's

IS THIS FOR ME?

The sessions are for everyone out there who is looking for a slow and mindful class. If you feel you need some time for yourself, then this is perfect for you!

PS: The sessions are full of beginners to yoga. So if you are new as well, you will fit right in.

HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?

Each session is 1h long. The first 10 min are always dedicated to slow and gentle warm ups, followed by 40 min of soft Asana (physical) practises. The last 10 min will be allocated to Pranayama (breathing excercises).

ARE THE SESSIONS IN PERSON OR ONLINE?

For now, all yoga sessions are in person. If you like to attend online please let me know and I can adjust the sessions accordingly.
