FAQ's

IS THIS FOR ME?

The sessions are for everyone out there who is looking for a slow and mindful class. If you feel you need some time for yourself, then this is perfect for you!

PS: The sessions are full of beginners to yoga. So if you are new as well, you will fit right in.

HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?

Each session is 1h long. The first 10 min are always dedicated to slow and gentle warm ups, followed by 40 min of soft Asana (physical) practises. The last 10 min will be allocated to Pranayama (breathing excercises).

ARE THE SESSIONS IN PERSON OR ONLINE?

For now, all yoga sessions are in person. If you like to attend online please let me know and I can adjust the sessions accordingly.
