Meet Steff

I'm a passionate yoga teacher, certified breathing practitioner, and experienced executive coach who founded Youreka Yoga. With a deep-rooted commitment to helping others find inner peace and balance, I have dedicated my career to guiding individuals on their wellness journey. My expertise in yogic practises, breathwork, and coaching provides a holistic approach to stress management and personal growth.

Once an Operations Manager consumed by the demands of the fashion industry, I experienced firsthand the debilitating effects of chronic stress. It was through the practice of yogic practises that I discovered a path to healing and renewal. Inspired by my own journey, I am committed to sharing the life-changing benefits of these practices with others.

Meet Leonie

My collaborator for this Workshop

Leonie is the founder of The Self-Centred Hub a community she created to support females to embrace self-care habits and improve their wellbeing. As a breathwork and meditation coach Leonie provides workshops, talks, and retreats for women to come together and unwind as well as supporting corporate clients to improve wellness in the workplace.

How will the Workshop help me?

Yoga teaches us that our minds and bodies are deeply interconnected.
