I'm a passionate yoga teacher, certified breathing practitioner, and experienced executive coach who founded Youreka Yoga. With a deep-rooted commitment to helping others find inner peace and balance, I have dedicated my career to guiding individuals on their wellness journey. My expertise in yogic practises, breathwork, and coaching provides a holistic approach to stress management and personal growth.

Once an Operations Manager consumed by the demands of the fashion industry, I experienced firsthand the debilitating effects of chronic stress. It was through the practice of yogic practises that I discovered a path to healing and renewal. Inspired by my own journey, I am committed to sharing the life-changing benefits of these practices with others.

We created this workshop because we believe everyone deserves to feel financially stable, regardless of their circumstances. Inspired by our journey from feeling financially stressed and not knowing what to do about this (other than getting a higher-paid job), to a more peaceful, financially calm person, we are committed to providing you with practical tools to improve your financial and emotional wellbeing. This workshop offers a path to greater balance, clarity, and fulfilment.
