Somewhere between the rush of work, life, and endless responsibilities, we forget:


We are allowed to be still.
We are allowed to rest.

This workshop is an invitation to step out of the noise and step gently back into yourself.
Through the ancient practices of Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, and gentle movement, you’ll be guided into a space where the mind softens, the heart opens, and your nervous system finally gets the rest it deserves.

What to Expect

  • Gentle Movement
    We'll begin with slow, grounding stretches to awaken the body and release surface tension - planned for all abilities.
     

  • Pranayama
    Next, we’ll move into simple yet powerful breathing practices to calm the mind and prepare you for deep inner stillness.
     

  • Yoga Nidra
    The heart of our workshop: A deeply nourishing guided meditation where you'll be led into a state between waking and sleeping - a place of healing, insight, and pure being.
     

  • Reflection + Ayurvedic Tea
    We'll close with quiet reflection and the shared warmth of homemade Ayurvedic tea, giving you time to integrate your experience in a soft, welcoming space.

Founder of Youreka Yoga

I'm a passionate yoga teacher, certified breathing practitioner, and experienced executive coach who founded Youreka Yoga. With a deep-rooted commitment to helping others find inner peace and balance, I have dedicated my career to guiding individuals on their wellness journey. My expertise in yogic practises, breathwork, and coaching provides a holistic approach to stress management and personal growth.

Once an Operations Manager consumed by the demands of the fashion industry, I experienced firsthand the debilitating effects of chronic stress. It was through the practice of yogic practises that I discovered a path to healing and renewal. Inspired by my own journey, I am committed to sharing the life-changing benefits of these practices with others.
