Imagine this...
You arrive in a quiet space. You leave your phone tucked away. You take a seat.

You breathe. Just for a moment.

You feel your shoulders soften. Your jaw unclenches. Your thoughts begin to slow.

This is what coming home to yourself can feel like.
11th, 12th & 18th October
In our Soft Power workshop, you’ll explore how stillness can be your strength.
We’ll use ancient yogic tools like movement, pranayama (breath), meditation and yogic philosophy not to achieve more, but to do less with deeper intention.
This is a place to rest and reconnect. To gently unwind stress from your nervous system and soften the layers that have hardened through everyday life.

Come as you are :-)
No need to be flexible.
No need to know how to meditate.

Just come as you are: curious, tired, open, sceptical, hopeful. All of you is welcome.
