I'm a passionate yoga teacher, certified breathing practitioner, and experienced executive coach who founded Youreka Yoga. With a deep-rooted commitment to helping others find inner peace and balance, I have dedicated my career to guiding individuals on their wellness journey. My expertise in yogic practises, breathwork, and coaching provides a holistic approach to stress management and personal growth.

Once an Operations Manager consumed by the demands of the fashion industry, I experienced firsthand the debilitating effects of chronic stress. It was through the practice of yogic practises that I discovered a path to healing and renewal.
