In these calming sessions, I will guide people towards inner calm and balance through gentle stretches, mindful breathing, and peaceful meditation. I am a qualified Yoga Teacher, Breathing Practitioner and Executive Coach, empowering people to sleep better and live healthier lives. Join me on this beautiful path towards relaxation and self-care.
Please bring your yoga mat with you. The community hall does not provide any mats.
Upon arrival, follow the path on the right-hand side of the church and I will welcome you in the community hall.
