About the event

In these calming sessions, I will guide people towards inner calm and balance through gentle stretches, mindful breathing, and peaceful meditation. I am a qualified Yoga Teacher, Breathing Practitioner and Executive Coach, empowering people to sleep better and live healthier lives. Join me on this beautiful path towards relaxation and self-care.

The studio provides yoga mats and blocks if you like to use them. 

Upon arrival, ring the ASANA room and I will open the door.
