Who is The Bridge
The Bridge UK is a charitable organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable individuals in society. Their mission is to offer practical assistance, emotional support, and advocacy to help people overcome obstacles and improve their lives. They provide a range of services, including housing support, education and skills training, and mental health support. The Bridge UK operates through a network of volunteers, staff members, and partner organizations, all of whom are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of the people they serve. Their ultimate goal is to create a more equitable and just society where everyone has a fair chance to succeed.
Breathing @ The Bridge
To support The Bridge in its mission, I designed breathing practices for breathers to feel more energised and connected to their life. Pranayama is the art of willful breath manipulation and energy balance. When practising pranayama attendees gained the ability to remove agitation and turbulence from their breath, resulting in feeling calm.

This workshop has been perfect for those who want to learn more about pranayama and its benefits to their health. With a combination of theory and practice, attendees could enhance their awareness of their breath.

The breathing sessions have been open to all women and have been running between May 2023 and July 2023 as part of our HUB project.
